It should be noted that WFO is vehemently opposed to any circumstances which would require the testimony of SA [Name deleted].

In accordance with conversation with Supervisor [name deleted], Graphic Design Unit, Laboratory Division, it was agreed that SA [Name deleted] would not be called upon to testify regarding the reduction of the survey data collected by Mr. [name deleted]. SA [Name deleted] is engaged in sensitive FCI undercover operations and his exposure in court as a survey expert would be extremely detrimental to the interests of the United States. If any testimony would be required, then someone else should be tasked to review the survey data (in place of SA [Name deleted]) so that accurate testimony could be used without SA [Name deleted] presence.
