On May 28, 1986, Chief Judge Robert F. Peckham, US District Court, Northern District of California, postponed Larry Layton trial from June 24, 1986, until September 18, 1986. Jury selection will commence on that date with testimony being taken starting the first week in October. No further postponements are anticipated.

American Embassy, Georgetown, is requested to initiate action that would facilitate appropriate travel documents and transportation for October, 1986.
