Editor’s note: Serial 2737 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2735, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial; and
• The duplicate inserts the introductory line: “Received by teletype, dated 8/24/86, from FBI SF.”
