Section 28 includes 13 serials dealing with administrative matters involving the RYMUR investigation. They have been collected here, but have not been transcribed.
The serial numbers gathered here are Serials 1845, 1865, 1868, 1872, 1873, 1881, 1883, 1895, 1897, 1899, the second unrecorded serial after 1907, 1908, and 1910.
