Enclosed you will find a press statement and a few enclosures to give some background on the kind of harassment that Jim Jones and Peoples Temple has been getting for our stand for socialism and all forms of social and economic justice.
The Peoples World has come out with a more in-depth investigation of the conspiracy noted to discredit and destroy the most effective socialist movement on the West Coast of the United States, the Peoples Temple.

On Sunday morning Jan 30 you take Braniff airlines from Houston to Mexico City at 7:25 in the morning and arrived in Mexico City at 10:10. When you get to Mexico City you call the Cuban Consulate at 520-3705 and arrange to go and pick up the visas for all who are going. You must have your passport numbers in order to identify yourself and your own passport. If you got no answer there, call Mr. Ogalbo at 540-1002.
DO NOT MISS THIS FLIGHT, ABSOLUTELY. IF YOU DO YOU WILL NOT GET TO CUBA AT ALL, SINCE NO ONE WILL HAVE VISAS.
