To Whom It May Concern:
It is definitely an opportunity for me to recommend Ms. Versie Connesero as a prospective employee. I have found her to be very industrious and courteous to both our patients and her co-workers. She has always been punctual and alert about her responsibilities as a member of our Outpatient Clerical staff.
Moreover, she has also demonstrated many leadership qualities and is very progressive minded. She gets along well with her co-workers and definitely does more than her share of the work.
Therefore, I am certain that she can be mothing but an asset to her prospective employer.
Sincerely,

Dear Sirs:
Ms. Versie Connesero has worked at San Francisco General Hospital Outpatient Department, Central Registration, for 1½ years. During all this time, she has been one of our best employees, more than qualified for the job she has been performing. Hers was not simply a clerical job, since in addition to filling out various forms and making addressograph cards to register clinic patients, she has had to determine billing codes and eligibility for some of these. We often have over 400 patients register daily, and many others make their way to the desk to ask questions, putting a lot of strain on the employees there. I’ve never known her to be anything but courteous and helpful, taking the initiative to help rather than passing the buck. She’s a pleasure to work with and has helped keep up the morale of the other employees. I would recommend her highly for any new employement.
Sincerely,
