1. The Embassy is requested to forward the Treasury checks and other checks recovered after the Jonestown tragedy. The checks should be sent via registered courier pouch, classified L. O. U. and addressed to M/COMP/EX, Room 1323, Department of State, Attention Daniel L. Quaid. It would be appreciated if the Embassy would separate the Treasury checks from the other checks prior to transmission.
