Layton were to die or be incapacitated by illness or any other condition the child born to her on [blank space] has my permission and complete consent to be made the legal recipient of guardianship of my pastor James Jones of 7600 East Road, Redwood Valley, California, with the option, if he chooses, to legally adopt the child at anytime he wishes. I would thereby relinquish all legal authority of the child.
