[While the pages below are undated, it is likely that the codes were created during the last three weeks of Jonestown’s existence, in that items 40 and 41 refer to Teri Buford and reflect the community’s uncertainty of her status. Buford left Guyana at the end of October 1978 in the company of Mark Lane, and at the time of the deaths in Jonestown, both her whereabouts and her intentions remained unknown.
