FBI Section 91 was divided into three sections with the “J” designation and all labelled in the Guyana Index as “Medical Records.” Section J-2, the second of the three sections, consists of 29 pages. The complete PDF for this section as released by the FBI is here.
This document is an alphabetically sorted list of medications. These medications are further sorted into dosage type; capsule, suppository, injectable, etc. Each group of medications per dosage type is typewritten on a Rolodex card. There are typically multiple rolodex cards per page, each of which are numbered in the upper right hand corner of the card.
