- Birdie Marabel [Marable] – did not keep patients clean, patients got bed sores out of control from not being moved. Did not provide diabetic diets to diabetic patients, took $5,000 from one senior citizen alone, took over use of the senior’s car for herself. Refused to give allowances to patients. Was intoxicated morning and night while she was supposed to be caring for patients. Did not take patients requiring medical attention to the doctor. Did not change patients bedding. Whipped and beat her alcoholic husband. She borrowed money from patients, never returned it, to pay for an abortion. Did not change or clean up patients confined to a bed.
- David Wise – tried to bug church telephones. Was caught at it with all electronic equipment, in process of bugging. Cashed fraudulent welfare checks from Mary L. Wise
- Vicki Moore – molested her youngest son (from Tommy Moore) ran a massage parlor raided by police in Indpls, Ind. [Indianapolis, Indiana]

- Ruth Kerns – on drugs, sexually promiscuous, lied to media and said she was placed in others homes when that was her request, said she was in nursing school when really a nurse’s aide.
- Liz Forman – molested children, unable to hold a job, emotionally incapable of working, into palm reading and star gazing, totally hypochrondria about illness, obsessed with youth and being young.
- Paul Flowers – threatend to kill a member, put a knife to his throat. Stole $5,000
- David and Donna Conn – involved in various sexual deviat activities, politically reactionary, beyond John Birch [Society, a right-wing advocacy group].
- Jim Cobb – displayed his private parts to young men in a dormitory, refused to seat whites in chairs, only blacks, screamed at whites calling them honkies because they were not revolutionary enough. Said stealing was OK, especially stealing from the system. Trained college students in guerrilla training in training for the revolution. Beat young girls with stick who could not keep up with the guerilla training. Slapped young people who did not agree with him.
- Mickey Touchette – part of the revolutionary guerrilla group. Tried to smother her sister with a pillow when she was a youth, causing sister to turn blue. Stole large sums of money, and forged checks from parents, stole money from the church out of church offerings. Planned to blow up a bridge. Embezzled money from Motel 6 in Santa Rosa., espoused violent Rev.
- Terri Cobb – molested young girls. Guerilla activity training and planned to blow up a bridge.
- Stephan Mertle – stole from chruch, 4 trach [track] reel to reel tape recorder, AD DC multi step voltage converter, four speakerw w/ 1 pads and volume potentiometers

- Diana Mertle, Mert Mertle, Linda Mertle, and Ruth Kerns – told another former member that they knew violence was going to be done against the temple and told this person she should stay away to avoid getting the brunt of violence against the church.
- Deanne Mertle [Jeannie Mills] – got sexual pleasure hearing the screams of children. Embezzled large amounts of money from church projects. Tried to black mail PT of $35,000. Kept black children in her home from attending school to work.
Mert Mertle [Elmer Mertle] – molested young teenage girls, including his own daughters, walked nude in front of young girls. Blackmailer.
- Jack Arnold Beam – molested minors, child beater, on drugs, stole parts from junk yards and parts houses-Redwood Auto, Reliable Mill, took tools from PT and musical instruments.
- Rick Cordell – molested his own daughters, hypochondria, attempted suicide beat son with belts, threatened to kill son, pulled crutches from son & threatened him. Stole from Radio Shack.
- Wayne Pietla [Pietila] – molested a young girl, planned to dynamite a bridge, involved in guerilla training, terrorist, stole rifles from his father. Tore phone out of his father’s home.
- Faith Kice – stole drugs and took drugs herself to use from Ukiah General Hospital
- Janet Phillips – stoled drugs from Ukiah General Hospital. Admitted feeling sadistic toward patients she worked with in the hospital.
- Janette [Jeanette]Kerns – Deviant sexual acts-–using carrots, etc. to masturbate, putting them back in refrig. for others to eat.
Phillip Kerns – threw cats into bonfires, tried to have sex with their dog. Spent time in SYA [likely CYA, or California Youth Authority], went AWOL from the army.
Ruth Kerns – tied her sister us and hit her with switches as a child. spit in sisters face. Molested her sister. Shoplifted, suggested killing your enevies. Thot being violent revolutionary was the solution to the world’s problesm she said. Left an old crippled man in the bathroom at a convalescent hospital where she worked. Pulled a knife on a young girl she was babysitting. Threatened to cut her and said she would kill her.
- Above group said violence was the only cure for the problems of society. Advocated violent overthrow of government. Killed small animals for no reason, molested younger brothers and sisters, stole money from individuals and church. Expelled for their propensity toward violence.
