Black man well dressed
Gray Suit, wt. about 180-185 lb
Black hair & gray strain mix
wore glasses, about 5 ft 9 in tall – middle aged
I. Second man looked to be Mexican (Spanish) middle 30 or older
Fat or Heavy built man, Dark hair (black)
Dark suit. (He never got out of the car, just watch)
The time was about 15 til 10’clock, a green Ford – (Fairmont) car parked on O’Farrell Street next to the back of the Temple. These two men were sitting in the U.S. government car. The black man got out of the var with a picture carmera taking pictures of the back & side of the Temple from various places. He started taking the pictures from Fillmore & O’Farrell St, taking pictures where the brakes are located, that are being ship out to the agricultural mission. Next he walk to Stiner [Steiner]

& O’Farrell, taking pictures of the area where t buses & parked cars are located, then he was over to the corner of O’Farrell off Stiner Ave stood in front of the building at the corner. (the building that is being remodel) and took more pictures of the back area.
During the process of taking the pictures, the black man return to the car to give his partner the used films & went on to take more pictures

I went down the street & around the corner, came back later, this is how I got the license # etc and prescription of the man in the car.
Johnny Franklin watched from the gate & around the guard house.

About 10 mins after 11 o’clock
Two Black middle aged men drove up & stop not right in front of the Back gate, (partly) looked for a short while & then drove off.
