Editor’s note: This five-page document is an outline of Lionel Luckhoo’s theory of the case – and citations in caselaw – in representing Joyce Touchette’s guardianship of John Victor Stoen. While undated, it makes several references to decisions made by Guyana courts in fall 1977 and was likely written during that timeframe. Both due to the disjointedness and illegibility of most of the notes, these pages were not transcribed.
