Mr. Jerry Bruen, Civil Division, Department of Justice, Washington, DC, telephonically advised ASAC Lawler this date that he is in San Francisco and just recently filed a civil suit against the People’s Temple on behalf of the United States Government to recover expenses incurred for removal of the bodies from Jonestown to Dover Air Force Base. The suit was filed for approximately $4 million in Federal Court in San Francisco. San Francisco is obtaining copies of the papers which were filed.
Armed and dangerous. Suicidal tendencies.
