AUSA and San Francisco FBI are desirous to have PT survivors returning from Guyana to the U.S. photographed, fingerprinted and interviewed.

BQMRA and Miami, if not already done, are requested to make arrangements with local INS and/or Customs to facilitate photographing, fingerprinting and interviewing if and when survivors arrived at respective airports.

WFO. In view of the fact that previously submitted INS lookouts are not effective, WFO is requested to contact INS headquarters and furnish above list of remaining survivors and request a more expeditious notification of all U.S. port of entries to ensure immediate notification to FBI, arrival of surviving PT members.
