FBIHQ is requested to relay the following to Legat Caracas at Georgetown, Guyana.
San Francisco is in receipt of information that the Jonestown basketball team was in Georgetown, Guyana to participate in a basketball tournament, possibly a national tournament.
Also, recent information indicates Paula Adams was in the United States in November, 1978.
Legat Caracas is requested to determine if any such basketball tournament was being held in Georgetown.

Also, attempt to secure Adams’ passport to determine if she left Guyana. If so, it should be seized as evidence.
