Timothy James Carter was contacted immediately after his arrival aboard Pan American Airlines flight number 228 at the Pan American Terminal, John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFKIA), and was advised of the identities of Special Agents (SAs) [name deleted], Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and [name deleted], United States Secret Service.
