In concert with request set forth in retel, it was determined that Laurence Eugene Schacht attended medical school at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara from July 11, 1973, through August 7, 1975, when he withdrew. Schacht was also registered under the name of Laurence Eugene Schacht Kessler and Laurence Eugene Schacht Fessler, which is believed to be his matronymic.
Schacht listed home address while in attendance as 9810 Rancheria Road, River Valley, California, telephone 485-7774.
During 1976, Schacht requested certification of transcript in order to continue the study of medicine, apparently at another school. In this letter, any reference to the fact that both of his parents were killed in a train accident. On this occasion, he furnished the return address of 318 East Pine, Santa Ana, California 92701.
