Referenced communication set forth following information:

“During laboratory examination of a revolver received in Jonestown, Guyana, a quantity of dried material believed to be blood was recovered from the barrel. Inasmuch as this weapon had been alleged to have been associated with Jones and weapon could have been used in the shooting of Ryan, Anne Moore, and Jones, Baltimore, at Dover, Delaware is requested to contact mortuary officials at Dover Air Force Base to obtain blood samples from Anne Moore and James Warren Jones if available. If not available, Baltimore is requested to obtain a report regarding these individuals’ blood type characteristics.

Above information is located at Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, Washington, D. C. Colonel William Cowans [Cowan] of that Institute was in charge of the Institute’s examinations of bodies at Dover Air Force Base.
