Immigration authorities at Grantley Adams Airport informed the Embassy that Michael Touchette and Carl Barnett arrived aboard Cubana 455 at 1410 local time today and were met by Michael’s father, Charles. The two newcomers are scheduled to join the Albatross III as crew members.

According to local agents, Albatross III is expected to complete loading tomorrow and to sail in late afternoon for Port of Spain.

Charles Touchette called at consular section January 8. Unless Georgetown or Department requests it, no further attempt will be made to contact him or others before sailing time January 11.
