1. A senior immigration officer has confirmed that Michael Touchette is considered an undesirable alien and will not be permitted to enter Trinidad and Tobago.

2. Albatross III sailed for Barbados last week and is expected to return to Port of Spain later this week. Future plans unknown, but prior to departing Trinidad, Charles Touchette informed Conoff [Consular Officer] that he hoped to continue cargo run between Trinidad and Barbados and had no plans to return to Guyana. Touchette indicated that he is continuing to operate vessel in accordance with instructions from PT attorneys in San Francisco.
