SUBJ: CODEL RYAN: SECURITY OF “CONCERNED RELATIVES” AT PEGASUS HOTEL
REF: AMB/ASST SEC VAKY TELECON NOV. 19

1. Since reftelcon consul has been in touch with Asst. Crime Chief [C.A. “Skip”] Roberts who is directly in charge of security of the “Concerned Relatives” at the Pegasus Hotel. The proposition was put to Roberts as to whether or not it might be advantageous to move the group, represented by Tim Stoen, to the consulate building. Roberts counseled against this move saying that he had assiged as much security as possible tothe [to the] Pegasus specifically for the protection of these people.

2. We will be in continuing touch with Stoen and the others in an effort to assurage their concerns.
