1. Group of Concerned Relatives at the Pegasus hotel changed their minds since reftel and now want to depart Guyana. Consular officers from the embassy went back to the hotel, gathered them up, put them in cars with a police escort, and got them to Timheri airport where they are due to depart on the C-130 bringing in our TDY [temporary duty] support.
2. It is our understanding that this flight will terminate at Howard AFB. They have been told that onward transportation from there will be at their own expense via regular commercial carriers.

4. One Concerned Relative who wished to depart has been prevented from doing so at the airport by the Guyanese immigration authorities. He is Sherwin Harris, the ex-husband of Sharon Amos and the father of Liane Harris. See Georgetown 3789 (ref c)
