1. Jonestown survivors who arrive [at] Georgetown will be considered under temporary detention by Guyana authorities and would qualify for financial assistance under Emdap per A-0272 of January 27, 1978.

2. Therefore subsistence previously authorized by phone (McKenzie – Ward) under repatriation program will not repeat not be applicable and subsistence expenditures should not repeat not be changed to allotment 9K4024-1 appropriation 1990522.
