1. HEW [Department of Health, Education, and Welfare] has initiated preparations to receive survivors and has asked for minimum of 24 hours notice before arrival CONUS [continental U.S.].
2. HEW will need at time of notice specific destination of

each individual, full name, date and place of birth, Social Security Number, and name, address, phone of NOK [Next of Kin] in us or individuals that might be contacted for assistance.
3. Military now planning on two lifts for these survivors, one for Eve/Leary group and one for Lamar group.
4. Charleston [AFB] has been designated as port of entry but this information is not repeat not being made public at this time.
