The Bureau has no information the past investigation of the Peoples Temple church reveals the possibility that certain church followers have been murdered, nor is it known from a review of available information at FBI HQ whether three inner circle members of Peoples Temple defected from the church in 1973.
Dallas should insure that every effort is taken to develop the cooperation of the source of information set forth in Retel.
