A conference was held at 3:00 PM, this date with USA [U.S. Attorney] [William] Hunter and staff concerning indictments. USA Hunter has decided to call the below listed names before a current special grand jury commencing Tuesday, November 28, 1978.

USA Hunter plans an indictment as a result of that grand jury meeting for conspiracy to violate the Congressional Assassination Statute against the below listed individuals:
