[Deleted name] San Francisco District Attorney’s office advised his [this] date he had received a call from Ruth Kerns and Merrill, Oregon, telephone number (503) 798-5393.
She advised she had been a member of the People’s Temple (PT) until one year ago. At this time her mother and sister are in Guyana, and she presumes them to be among the dead.
Kerns stated she is aware of plans of Jack Bean [Beam], Sr., and Archie Ijames have in the event of Jim Jones’ death. Both

Portland will immediately interview Kearns [Kerns] and furnish results to San Francisco.
