On November 21, 1978, Mr. [deleted name] [Phil Tracy], New West Magazine, telephonically advised that he had written some articles for the New West Magazine regarding Jim Jones and the People’s Temple (PT).
He advised he had furnished information to Mr. Ramirez, who was an assistant DA for Los Angeles County regarding this group. Ramirez has been working on a property fraud case re Jones and followers, and compiled a great deal of information re the PT.
