Subject: RYMUR

PURPOSE: To advise of receipt of telephone call by Agent Supervisor [deleted name] at 8:25 p.m. on 11/21/78.

RECOMMENDATION: None. For information.

DETAILS: At 8:25 pm a call was received from a [deleted name] Evergreen, Colorado, telephone number [deleted number]. [deleted name] advised that he had just been interviewed by two Special Agents of the FBI from the Denver Division concerning instant matter. He stated he had an urgent message for [deleted name] Timothy Stoen, who he stated was a member of Congressman Ryan’s party and had returned to California from Guyana on 11/21/78.

[deleted name] advised that Jeffrey Hauss (phonetic) [Haas], an attorney from San Mateo, California, and [deleted name] Timothy Stoen were met by two FBI Agents today in San Mateo, California. [deleted name] Requested that [deleted name] be advised to call him in Evergreen, Colorado.

The above information was telephonically furnished to SA [deleted name] of the San Francisco Division at 8:35 pm.
