On 11/21/78, at 2:41 A.M., Bob Bruce, Guyana Work Force Group, State Department, advised that his agency had received a telephone call a few minutes earlier from a woman who would not identify herself or give a phone number.
She advised that five people belonging to the Small Peoples Temple on Main Street, San Francisco, California, “know the inside scoop” regarding the Peoples Temple. The names of these individuals are [deleted].
Mr. Bruce could supply no further information.
