Re Bureau telcall to San Juan 11/24/78.
In accordance with instruction from FBI HQ San Juan roatrip agents SA’s [name deleted] and [name deleted] will travel to Port-of-Spain, Trinidad in connection with instant investigation on 11/25/78. SA’s will depart on Eastern Airlines (EAL) Flight 975 from San Juan at 6:45 P.M. (EST), scheduled to arrive at 9:12 P.M. in Port-of-Spain.
SA’s both possess official passports.
Plans to charter aircraft were discarded when it was determined no charter aircraft available this weekend.
Efforts are continuing through contacts and other airline

companies flying out of San Juan to obtaing [obtain] passage on an earlier flight. Bureau will be immediately advised of any change of itinerary.
Bureau is requested to obtain reservations for lodging through American Embassy, noting hour of projected arrival, and to advise San Juan of arrangements if possible. In any event, SA’s will contact American Embassy upon arrival.
