On November 24, 1978, special agents [names deleted], AUSA [Assistant US Attorney] Robert Dondero, and [information deleted related to Jim Cobb] ambush of Congressman Ryan in Jonestown, Guyana, departed San Francisco for Charleston, South Carolina. They will arrive at 1:25 AM, November 25, 1978, aboard Delta flight 1028.

[Information deleted related to Jim Cobb] but is presently being afforded security by the FBI. [Cobb] is traveling to Charleston to assist in identifying members of the People’s Temple (PT) who are alive and will be arriving at Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina.

Leads: Columbia. At Charleston, South Carolina. Is requested to meet arriving Delta flight, transport agents, AUSA, and [Cobb] to suitable secure accommodations with adjoining room. Further transportation will be needed to transport party to Charleston Air Force Base for identification purposes, and assist in security for [Cobb] during his stay and during arrival of flights of survivors.
