At 1:30 P.M. on November 25, 1978, [deleted name], OSI, Pope Air Force Base, Fayetteville, North Carolina, telephone [number deleted] advised that Howard and Beverly Oliver would be arriving at Pope Air Force Base at approximately 6:45 P.M. local time aboard Aif [Air] Force C-9, tail number 688932. Howard and Beverly Oliver are survivors from the People’s Temple, Guyana. [deleted name] advised that the Olivers will remain aboard the plane which will be at Pope Air Force Base for less than one hour and they are destined for Andrews Air Force Base, with ETA 8:00 P.M. [deleted name] advised that there are armed guards aboard the plane for the safety of the passengers.

[deleted name] Command Post, FBI HQ, was contacted and advised that the Olivers should be interviewed at Andrews Air Force Base and that an agent should be dispatched to Pope Air Force Base to ensure that the Olivers remain on the plane.
