1. As Government of Barbados has agreed to proposed visit (reftel a), agents [Claudio] Gonzalez and [Angelo F.] Class plan to stop in Bridgetown enroute to San Juan unless advised to the contrary by FBI headquarters. Please advise by NIACT immediate.

2. For Bridgetown: As you indicated vessel had not arrived Sunday evening, agents will defer travel until Tuesday. ETA November 28 at 1045 hours on BWIA 602. Please arrange hotel accommodations for Tuesday evening and onward reservations to San Juan for Wednesday morning.
