Attorney Lloyd Luckhoo called ambassador at 1:00 p.m. Nov. 27 to inform him that his brother Sir Lionel Luckhoo had decided not repeat not to undertake the defense of Larry Layton. Luckhoo stated that his decision was unrelated to any possibility that he, Lloyd Luckhoo, might be engaged on behalf of the USG [U.S. Government].
