number [deleted][;] Charles Jacobs (son of Robert and Ofelia Jacobs), [deleted address] San Jose, California, telephone number [deleted][.] Lieutenant Brown, an uncle of [deleted name], residing at [deleted address] Los Angeles, California, telephone number [deleted] further advised that Mrs. Moore, residing at [deleted address] Los Angeles, telephone number [deleted] was also a member of the PT.

Mrs. [deleted name] further advised that to her knowledge her mother, Lena Mae Benton, was the only one from her family to go to Guyana. [deleted name] further advised that she was not a member of PT but had attended two or three meetings. Mrs. [deleted name] further stated that prior to her mother parting for Guyana she had sold all of her material possessions and discarded all of her identification on instructions from the Reverend Jim Jones. Mrs. [deleted name] stated that she could not provide any information leading to any weapons shipment to Guyana, firearms training, or any cashing [caching] of weapons or money. She had

never heard of PT members planning to harm public officials or present or former PT members. She further has no information regarding any contingency plans espoused by Jones against persons attempting to arrest or capture him. Mrs. [deleted name] further advised that she had no knowledge of any hit men used by the PT.

In view of the shooting of Congressman Ryan and the reported resulting mass suicides, as well as threats which have been made against government officials, church members contacted in this case should be considered armed and extremely dangerous with suicidal tendencies.
