California DMV advised November 27, 1978, they have been receiving calls from citizens throughout the state requesting driver’s license photograph and thumb print of a relative be furnished authorities Dover, Delaware, for comparison with fingerprints of deceased in captioned case. DMV reports these individuals state they have been instructed to do this by the mortician in Dover.
Sacramento local authorities and FBI have been receiving requests from numerous persons with missing relatives to determine if missing individuals are among victims.
