Serial 476 is a three-page document consisting of a cover sheet of a fax sent to FBI Headquarters in Washington – with copies to Buffalo, New Haven, Pittsburgh, San Francisco – for an article in a ham radio magazine about Dr. Larry Schacht’s February 1978 delivery of twins, made possible with the assistance of doctors over ham radio; the article itself; and further notes on the ham operators themselves.
Because all of pages were generated before November 18 and had no bearing on the events of that day or the FBI’s investigation of it, this serial itself was not transcribed. The pdf is here.
