On November 27, 1978, attempts to contact Lieutenant Governor Mervyn M. Dymally through his Los Angeles office, telephone number 213-620-2560, were negative. On November 27, 1978, Lieutenant Governor Dymally contacted the FBI office in Los Angeles and advised that he would be available for an interview concerning the Guyana situation sometime this week.
On November 28, 1978, Lieutenant Governor Dymally’s secretary Brenda, telephone number 916-445-9533, Sacramento, California, advised that due to the death of the mayor of

San Francisco, Lieutenant Governor Dymally would not be coming to Los Angeles. Brenda further advised that Lieutenant Governor Dymally would be available for interview on December 4, 1978, at his office in Sacramento, California.
