For information of Columbia, on November 28, 1978, [deleted name] [Ruth Kerns], ex-member of People’s Temple (PT) church, advised that of survvivors [survivors] known to her in Jonestown, the following were extremely close to Jim Jones and should be interviewed at great length regarding their activities: (1) Michael Prokes, from Modesto, California; (2) Harold Cordell, who was supposedly a guard for Jones; (3) Jim Bogue, who was supposedly very close to Jones; and (4) Dale Park [Parks], who is supposedly married to Jack Beam’s daughter, and possibly closely connected with Jones. [Kerns] advised that she would provide additional names of people very close to Jim Jones as she heard of additional survivors of the Jonestown settlement.
