FBI HQ has been advised first contingent of eighty-one bodies to arrive at Dover Air Force Base, Dover, Delaware, early A.M. tomorrow, November 23, 1978. FBI Disaster Squad available to assist in identification and in view of FBI investigative interests, it is imperative that as many positive identifications as possible be obtained. We request State Department and Joint Chiefs of Staff advise as soon as possible if services of FBI Disaster Team to be utilized.
Also, is requested a list of names and dates of birth,

where possible of bodies being returned be immediately furnished FBI so that our identification records can be checked for possibilities prior to arrival of bodies.
