On November 21, 1978, an anonymous caller contacted Poughkeepsie New York resident agency and stated, “If the FBI was interested in the situation in Guyana they should look at [deleted name] who is with the SEC [Security and Exchange Commission] in Washington.” The caller then hung up. New York indices negative regarding [deleted name] lead.
Washington Field. Will contact SEC and to identify and locate [deleted name] and interview regarding captioned matter.
