As a result of contact with U.S. Department of State on November 27, 1978, [name and address deleted], Alexandria, Virginia, was contacted by the FBI and advised as follows: [name deleted] stated that his brother-in-law, [name and address deleted], Arcadia, Florida, informed him that he was telephonically contacted by an individual identifying himself as being employed by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), on November 20, 1970, and made inquiries regarding a Mrs. Annie Rozynko, who has been a

member of the Peoples Temple for the past eight years. The caller inquired if [name deleted] had a cousin by the name of Rozynko and asked if he could furnish any background information regarding the individual. [name deleted] apparently terminated the cronversatiin [conversation] at that point as he was not positive of the identity of the caller. [name deleted] stated his cousin, Mrs. Annie Rozynko is in her mid 50’s and has two children, Chris and Mike, in their late 20’s who presumably have been in Jonestown, Guyana, for the past year.

[name deleted] reported that a property settlement resulting from the death of Rozynko’s mother during 1976, was signed to the Peoples Temple of Jonestown by Mrs. Rozynko, and [name deleted] believes that some of the relatives names listed may have been obtained by the Peoples Temple in San Francisco, thus explaining the possible method by which [name deleted] was contacted in Florida. No additional relative has been contacted in the family by this manner.

[name deleted] stated that they had received no information regarding the status of Rozynko and children as a result of the Jonestown massacre.
