Chief AUSA [Sandy] Svetcov, ASAC Lawler, and interviewing agent met with Charles Garry, People’s Temple (PT) attorney, this date to ensure records which Garry voluntarily furnishing for review would not violate attorney-client privilege.
Garry furnished first group of records which consist of information concerning Social Security benefits received by members and the identification of bank account to which the checks were deposited.
A list of the names of the people currently in the San Francisco Temple was obtained this date.
