Serial 559

Editor’s note: Serial 559 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 364, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial.
• It also crosses through the requests for action to be taken at the serial’s conclusion in the final two grafs.
• It deletes two telephone numbers which are included in the original.
