Referenced San Francisco teletype inadvertently furnishes McElvane as Caucasian. It should be corrected to Negro male.
As for information Los Angeles, San Francisco determined through interview of PT attorney [Charles Garry] that McElvane was in Guyana November 18, 1978.
Los Angeles discontinue efforts re McElvane. However, continue interview re [name deleted] [Kay Nelson] as set forth in referenced Los Angeles teletype.
