Editor’s note: The FBI continues to withhold some serials virtually in their entirety. Serial 632 is one of those, withheld under Exemption (b) (6) and (b) (7) (c) – two privacy exemptions – of the Freedom of Information Act. This released portion of the documents states it is a result of a records search at the National Personnel Records Center, Military Branch, in St. Louis, but none of the results were disclosed.
