For information of the Bureau and San Francisco, Vernon D. Gosney, currently hospitalized United States Naval Hospital, Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico, will depart Roosevelt Roads by United States Air Force Medivac aircraft on December 2, 1978. Time of departure is not known at this time, neither is date and time of arrival known. Preliminary indications are that Gosney will be transported by military aircraft to Northern California area. No specific place known at this time, however, preliminary intentions on part of Gosney’s mother, [name deleted] [Alma Gosney],

who will accompany her son, are that he will be taken to Santa Rosa, California, Community Hospital. Arrangements for his acceptance at this hospital had not been finalized.

Numerous still photographs taken of various individuals seen in the NBC videotape of the Jonestown incident. These photographs currently being processed by the Fleet Audio Visual Center, Roosevelt Roads Naval Station, and will be furnished to San Juan case agent on December 4, 1978. These photographs will be furnished to San Francisco for display to Gosney, who has named and identified numerous individuals who took part in the attack on Congressman Ryan and party. San Francisco should display these photographs to Gosney at earliest possible date.
