For info of the Bureau and San Francisco review of St. Louis indices reflect two IO fugitives currently residing in Georgetown, Guyana, and employed by Guyana National Service Center. Cases entitled [information deleted] aka – fugitive, IO number [deleted] UFAP – forcible rape, Bufiel [Bufile] number 88-45609, St. Louis file 8-8021, 00: St. Louis; and case entitled [information deleted] aka – fugitive, IO number [deleted] UFAP – conspiracy to commit murder; bail jumping, Bufile 88-51831, New York, number 88-11593, 00: New York.

The confidential source abroad furnished the following information that [name deleted] also known as [name deleted] and [name deleted]

[name deleted] still held the rank of Lieutenant in the Guyana National Service. Numerous correspondence with Legat Caracas indicates that the Government of Guyana was affording protection to these individuals as “black political refugees” from United States.

On November 30, 1978, [name deleted], mother of, and [name deleted], grandmother of [name and address deleted] [Arron [Aaron] Arthur Hendricks], St. Louis, Mo., contacted and they advised that they had not heard when he is returning from Guyana. [name deleted] advised that accompanying her grandson in Jonestown, Guyana, was her niece, Margaret Jones [likely Margaret James], a black female approximately fifty-nine years of age. She advised that she has not received any word regarding her niece to as deceased. She advised that this individual had a stomach operation several years back and that should medical records be necessary for implication of the body Doctor [name deleted] of San Francisco, Calif., further address unknown, would be able to furnish records, also neighbor, [name deleted], San Francisco, Calif., telephone number [deleted] could furnish name of dentist who attended Margaret Jones.
